About Jasmine:
Jasmine Parson Williams, JD, is a nationally recognized organizational development consultant specializing in facilitating systemic change through consulting and facilitation support for organizations whose work addresses complex social and cultural issues. As President of Parson Williams Group, Jasmine partners with entities in the nonprofit and government sectors to align their comprehensive impact methodologies with actionable strategies that drive transformation both within the organization and the social systems that impact them.
As a Certified Strategy Professional (SPP) Jasmine brings a unique blend of legal acumen and strategic insight to help her clients navigate complex organizational and interpersonal challenges. Her methodology focuses on operational excellence, process optimization, and creating exceptional organizational cultures that enhance both organizational, staff, and Board performance and wellbeing.
Her consulting practice is distinguished by her ability to identify pathways for meaningful systemic change, optimize processes for collaboration, and develop actionable strategies that extend beyond performative action. Jasmine’s methodology integrates systems thinking, emergent strategy, and human-centered design to deliver culture transformation, change management, and collective action that advances equity and the common good. As a process facilitator, Jasmine’s work brings practical simplicity to complex, multi-stakeholder, and multi-sector collaborative initiatives. She supports nonprofit Boards, cross-sector partnerships, and collective impact initiatives through retreat and meeting facilitation,
strategic planning, and theory of change design.
Jasmine’s career spans pivotal roles in public service, as an attorney with the Indiana Supreme Court, and various roles in nonprofits focused on collegiate athletics, social services, education, and youth development.
Jasmine is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC) and Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
