About Marcela

Marcela Celorrio is a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) Consultant and Diversity Headhunter that truly believes in an inclusive culture. She has experience working for an international financial development organization, global human resources consulting firms and tech companies. She is the founder of a DEI app named Dianne with Mentoring and Sponsorship Programs. She has more than 15 years experience advising underrepresented groups at a corporate and SME level fostering an inclusive leadership mindset across different sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business from National Louis University, graduate studies in Human Resources Management at UCEMA and a Fostering Diversity and Inclusion Program at Yale University. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Married with 3 kids. She published articles about Women in the Workplace and DEI.

Marcela’s work always seeks to integrate diverse perspectives, optimize talent, and prioritize customer experience applying an adaptive and inclusive mindset. It’s not just about who people are, it is about what people can do to achieve the DEIB transformation in others. She is convinced that in today’s challenging world the diversity of thought, background, and experience everyone brings is essential and requires the continuous development of certain capabilities as agility, empathy, resiliency, decision-making, courageous communication, and passion to build trust, be inclusive and make an impact.
