About Tommi
Tommi is a DEIB Consultant and Strategist with more than 14 years of experience in various industries including automotive, energy, marketing services, and education. She is a pragmatic practitioner who helps organizations positively impact behaviors and systems by driving culture, relationships, and institutional change. Tommi draws on her experience as a leader of diverse teams and corporate DEIB to develop strategies and approaches grounded in data, informed by DEIB concepts, and upheld by shared accountabilities.
A lifelong athlete, Tommi has spent more than 10 years refereeing NCAA Division I women’s college basketball, which has allowed her to stay connected to the game she’s always loved while also practicing conflict resolution—which she considers to be one of her super powers.
